Possible Causes and Solutions for Extension Errors
If you get errors when trying to launch our browser extension (such as "Our extension is receiving errors from the browser.") this can caused by a few different situations.
First thing to check is if you've changed the sites the extension is allowed to access. Right click on the extension icon and choose "Manage extension". In the window that opens, ensure the "Site access" setting is set to "On all sites".
If you prefer to restrict it, you will need to make sure you allow it on www.scrible.com so the extension can sign in.
If this wasn't the issue, it be an indication that the browser or computer needs to be restarted. This can also happen if the disk is full or the browser cannot write to the disk for some reason to store our extension's settings.
