Set library access as public or private with Edu Pro

With the Scrible Edu Pro plan, users can easily set library access as private or public.

This article refers to the library setting of public or private for all non-collaborators.

• To access the Edit Library Settings page, open the library sidebar to the left of an open library.

• Hover over a library in the list, and click on the settings icon. 

• From there determine the library access available for anyone not listed as a collaborator for the library.

• These settings do not override the collaborator settings. Individuals and classes can be listed as collaborators with specific permissions to add, edit, copy and delete sources within each library.

• Individuals or classes listed with collaborator permissions will not be impacted by the private/public settings.
