Requesting help from the Scrible team
For the quickest response time, submit requests through our help page, or email screenshots/screen share videos to our team at email@example.com.
Reporting issues with the toolbar
Click the megaphone icon (near the right end of the toolbar) to access our help form. This provides us with additional information which can speed up our response time.
Students can't receive external emails
Please include a teacher's email address or a personal email address where our team can send responses.
Teachers requesting help on behalf of a student
Please include the student's email address to shorten our response time when investigating the issue.
