Requesting Help from the Scrible Team
For the quickest response time, submit requests through our help page or email screenshots/screen share videos to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reporting issues with the toolbar.
Click the megaphone icon (near the right end of the toolbar) to access our help form. This provides us with additional information, speeding up our response time.
Students can't receive external emails.
Please include a teacher's email address (or personal email) address where our team can send responses.
Teachers requesting help on behalf of a student.
Please include the student's email address to shorten our response time when investigating the issue.
