Tip Tuesday | How to Get Help in Scrible
If you've used Scrible, you've probably been amazed at all the features and tools we provide. However, there may be times when you have a question or need guidance. We've got you! Here are two ways to get help in Scrible.
From the Library
When you're in your Library, click the Help Menu at the top to see various help resources. Select Questions/Feedback to navigate to our Help and Feedback Page. In the form on the left, select the type of issue you're having from the Type field and be sure to complete the fields below it. Then, type your question or feedback in the text box and remember to click submit button at the bottom. Don't worry... It's not a black hole! Our team is known for being responsive.
While Viewing a Source
Most of the steps are the same as above, except for how you get to the Help and Feedback Page. If you're viewing an article with Scrible, click the Feedback Button on the Scrible Toolbar and you'll be automatically taken to the Help and Feedback Page.
Whenever possible, please include the URL of the source or library related to the issue you're reporting. If you're submitting the issue on behalf of someone else, please include that person's email address so we can find the account easily while investigating. If you have an email account that cannot receive external emails, please provide an alternate email address so we can contact you there.
You'll usually receive a response the same day, but at least within one business day and often within a few hours. We're always here to help!
Your feedback makes a difference!
