How do I edit Scrible citations?

Here's another Tip Tuesday to help you get the most out of Scrible!

Today's Tip: How to Edit a Citation
When creating a bibliography, it is essential to have the correct information. Scrible does a fantastic job citing sources. However, a document may come into our platform without all the pertinent info. Here’s how to fix that.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Go to My Library and...

Step 2: Click on the title to open the source.

Step 3: Select the Citation Sidebar (quotation marks) to open the editing interface.

Step 4: As you review the citation, missing elements will glow red. In this example, the journal title is missing. Let's fix that.

Step 5: Filling in the publication name prompts additional fields to complete. Edit as many as you choose.

Step 6: At the bottom of the Citation Sidebar tab, your citation updates in real-time and automatically saves.

Happy Scribling!
