Can I import my stored citations and PDF documents from EndNote?

Unfortunately, we do not currently support automated imports from EndNote to Scrible. However, you can download the PDFs from EndNote (or you may be able to browse directly to them in the endNote data folder) and then upload them in your Scrible Library (using the "New Source" → "Upload File" option - you can upload multiple files at once.

For the citations for the PDFs, If the PDFs have DOIs that we can find, Scrible will retrieve the citation data automatically. If that does not work, you can export the PDF citation from EndNote as an RIS file.

In the Scrible Library, hover over the source and click the double quote button () to open the citation editor.

Once in the citation window, you will find the option to import an RIS file.

Click on the link to navigate to your RIS file from your file explorer. Alternatively, if you have the RIS file in your browser downloads bar, you can simply drag and drop the file onto this window.
